How long will it take to get my Pretty Kennel?
We build every PK custom made to order. Our standard turnaround time is about 3 weeks. This may be longer during Covid, due to supply delays.
Does my PK come with a warranty?
If you ever break a door or need new hardware, we can fix you up! We do not warranty the box.
Do you sell the beds for pretty kennels?
We do not sell beds but we recommend shopping for custom beds on Etsy. If you are puppy training and want something affordable, our crates accommodate a number standard beds from Petco and Petsmart.
How do I clean my PK?
Spritz on some Novus 1 polish and wipe with a microfiber cloth. For more stubborn deep scratches, use Novus 2 and 3 and buff until clear.
Can I use windex to clean my PK?
We do not recommend windex or other similar household cleaners as they can dull the finish over time.
I live near Austin, can I come pick up my PK and avoid shipping charges?
Of course! Contact us to arrange pick up or delivery time.
Does my PK come fully assembled?
Yes! It is not collapsible. It comes ready to use.
How does my PK arrive?
Petite PK’s ship via FedEx Ground and will arrive in a double wall cardboard box with foam corners and bubble wrap inside.
Medio and Grande PK’s will ship LTL Freight and arrive packaged on a wooden pallet. We will send you carrier and tracking info at the time of shipment and you will need to schedule a delivery appointment.
How do I know what size PK to get?
We put weight recommendations on each size kennel. If you would like to send us a picture of your pet we can better assist you that way. When in doubt, size up especially if you’re pup is still growing. Plus you might want to get another pup one day who’s bigger. Ultimately your pet should be able to sit down, lie down, stand up and turn around, comfortably inside the crate.
Do you build custom size kennels?
Yes. We can build your PK to your specified dimensions but for now our laser maxes out at 36w x 28d x 28h so that’s as large as we can go at this time.
